Bill Bassett began at the University of Georgia with a BS in Agriculture. He was the President and GM of Bassett’s Dairy Farm, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service dairy farms with more than 3200 animals and 2000 acres, for 25 years. He has also been VP & Co-Owner of Bassett Dairy Product, Inc, a wholesale/retail milk distribution company located in north Florida, for the past 25 years. As a third generation dairy farmer, having worked more than 30 years in the business, Bill Bassett has had the opportunity (and challenge) to gain numerous hours of hands on experience working with both livestock and farm equipment throughout their respective life cycles. In addition to Bill Bassett's agricultural experience, he has spent the last six years at Farm Credit of Northwest Florida as a loan officer. Bill also owns an ag appraisal business, AgSouth Appraisers, which gives him experience and insight to assist you in your search for the perfect property.He has 8 years of experience as a realtor, and specializes in farmland, timberland, and hunting and recreational properties.

Born and reared in Rome, Italy, Leonia Maresch came to the United States of America at age 17 to spend the summer before attending the University of Rome. She fell in love with this country and was able to go to college in the USA.
She obtained a MS degree from Florida State University in Counseling/Psychology. She worked in the mental health field for many years, including in a private practice where she was partner with two other Mental Health Professionals for several years in Tallahassee, FL.
Leonia Maresch retired from the field of mental health in the mid 90s, opened an art gallery in Tallahassee, and became employed by Big Bend Hospice as PR personnel covering Leon, Wakulla, and Franklin counties. She was active in organizing many fundraisers, including funds for two rooms of the Big Bend Hospice House.
Leonia continued working with people in the community for several years. She was involved in projects with Big Bend Cares and was able to raise a large sum of money for Elder Care by organizing a concert at the Monticello Opera House with world renowned pianist Leonidas Lipovetsky. SHe later became Mr. Lipovetsky's manarger and booked several concerts in the state of Florida. As a violinist she has performed with the Tallahassee Community Orchestra as well as playing every Sunday at Christ Church in Monticello, FL.
As a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family, Dependence and County mediator, Leonia Maresch worked as an independent contractor in the Leon County Court System for over nine years. She is a certified trainer for Dependency Mediation, thus taught classes in Florida for aspiring dependency mediators and has conducted numerous workshops for Mental Health Counselors. She won public speaking competitions as well as are competitions in painting and sculpture. Presently she serves as the president of the Florida Society of Goldsmiths NW chapter and participates in public and private jewelry shows.
